Make DEI an Integral Part
of Your Organization at a Corporate Level

Corporate Diversity Training Program

Many corporate employees continue to report the presence of biases and prejudice at work.

What is needed to change your corporation for the better:

DEI must be integrated into goals, mission, culture of the workplace

Policies must be in place for the community

Continual DEI practices lead by trained coaches is what will change the work environment for the better

Leadership must assess if individuals, regardless of their walk of life, feel respected, valued, and heard equally

The organization consists of individuals of varying backgrounds contribute unique perspectives that push innovation

How to keep your organization on track:

Studies have shown that a diverse workplace can improve the quality of decision-making, enhance innovation, and encourage people to be more creative and work harder.

Government Diversity Training

Governments that do not reflect or understand the changing demographics of their constituents can find themselves beset with internal conflicts, investigations about questionable police actions, increasingly tense race relations, and complaints about the administration of justice.

Ensure that you are properly representing the people:

A diverse environment should be encouraged not just for the sake of inclusion but must truly see the value different people bring for the common goal

Government entities should make every member of the public they serve feel respected

CoachDiversity Programs Change Lives

I thought power and confidence were things you either had or didn’t have.

“Before attending CoachDiversity Institute’s coach training program, I thought power and confidence were things you either had or didn’t have. By the end of the program, one of the most remarkable changes is my understanding that both of these things can be consciously harnessed, built and enacted.”

Kathryn Gonnerman

The training truly pulled out the innate wisdom that I already possessed and empowered me to be powerful.

The Executive Certification in Diversity Coaching was transformational in how I approach my work in equity, diversity and inclusion. The training truly pulled out the innate wisdom that I already possessed and empowered me to be powerful. The significant focus on staying razor-focused and coaching one individual at a time to effect systemic change was at the forefront of each day of training, a constant reminder of sustainability of the work we do.
